If a meaningful capital commitment moves directly between Canada and the UAE, UAEI should know about it — and maintain its current observable status.

No third-market co-investments. No generic company directory. No bilateral news feed. No marketplace. No transaction is counted as Canada–UAE capital unless the Canadian or Emirati capital exposure can be identified.

0 records

Each record asks the same question: after the capital was announced, what can public evidence establish happened next?

Direct capital only

The original 50-event corpus is preserved as V0. The live ledger excludes third-market relationships, broad regional financings with no attributable Canada/UAE amount, non-capital agreements, and other records that do not meet the direct-capital test.
